Too Old for Rock

Mark the Shark over at the Jo-Tel just published his annual Top 15 Albums of 2008.

Why 15? Why not 10 or 50 or 100 like everyone else? Only the Shark knows...

I've heard of only 5 of the bands (Islands, The Crystal Castles, The Walkmen, Sun Kil Moon, and Portishead). I am too old for rock and roll.

The only thing that would have made this list better was accompanying audio tracks for each band. Too much to ask?

Oh yeah, not to blow it but...
His #1 pick is Portishead.
